N&C were involved in the renovation of 149 Karaoke Club in Southsea, Portsmouth as a commercial tiling contractor and tiles supplier for commercial projects, supplying tiles, adhesives and bathroom products as part of a significant hospitality fit-out at this chic venue.

The club opened on Albert Road in 2019 and has steadily grown into an extremely popular karaoke destination, renowned for its entertainment value. Guests enjoy luxurious, immersive private rooms with state-of-the-art sound equipment and access to a vast karaoke library, making this project a standout leisure venue refurbishment.

Previously housed in a political club, the venue required a complete redesign to create sophisticated, private karaoke rooms with a unique and captivating style, supported by durable, low-maintenance tiles for high-traffic venues and slip-resistant flooring for bars and clubs to enhance safety and longevity.

N&C collaborated closely with the contractor, PDA Plumbing & Property Maintenance, to deliver the perfect solution. Drawing from our extensive range of premium tiles, the client specified Future Stone Grey and Lavish Eclipse Blue, completely transforming the space while meeting the operational demands of a busy hospitality environment.
