Dartmoor View, a modern property located in the Devonshire Moors, is designed to combine contemporary elegance with the surrounding beauty of nature.

N&C was proud to contribute to the creation of Dartmoor View, a stunning high-end, 4-bedroom property nestled in the heart of Devonshire Moors. This purpose-built home was designed to create a seamless blend between indoor and outdoor living.

This property required sophisticated interior and durable exterior solutions to meet the client’s vision of luxury and practicality. N&C collaborated with local architects and contractors to deliver a specification package, ensuring every detail of the project was executed to the highest standard.

The project used approximately 210m2 of N&C tiles throughout the interior, installing our porcelain Black 3D Stone wall tiles, including a full height two storey feature wall. In the bathrooms, our recycled content Polished Eclipse tiles were used in Blue Tanzanite and Beige Jasper. 260m2 of Rectified 2cm Slabstone were installed externally, to imitate the beauty of natural stone. All products were fixed using our Universal Primer, Nicobond S1 Large Format Flex adhesives, Nicbond D-Mat 3L pedestal system and dry lay.

The expertise provided by our N&C Tiles and Bathroom shop in Plymouth established a trusting relationship between the team and local tiling contractor, Ben McCarthy, who used our complete Nicobond system, tiles and accessories to complete the project to a high-quality standard.
