N&C GulfStone Quartz can be used on a variety of surfaces to meet a host of specific purposes and requirements. The most common use is for interior floors and walls, where the luxurious deep red finish creates a dramatic focal point.
Produced using industry-leading technology from Breton S.P.A of Italy, the product can be defined as a high-density material as it is made of granules of high-grade quartz/silica (93%) blended with engineered polyester resin, an organic compound used as a binding agent.
The luxurious appearance of GulfStone Quartz makes it particularly suitable for hotel-style interiors, home cinemas, entertainment rooms, games rooms and commercial spaces. N&C GulfStone Quartz can be used with undertile and underfloor heating systems when installed appropriately using the Nicobond range of Adhesives, Screeds and Grouts (see website for details). For peace of mind, we recommend that N&C GulfStone Quartz is sealed prior to grouting using Nicobond Solvent Based Sealer.
