Recreating the famous Pierre Bleue, a stone popularly used in architecture, the Luna collection presents a distinctive elegant look, suitable for spaces with contemporary design.

Luna is characterised by an organic look, lightly spattered with delicate fossils.

It’s available in 4 colours: 2 more classic and marked tones (Black and Dark Grey), and 2 colours in more light and subtle tones (Cream and Light Grey).

Besides the traditional formats, this collection presents a multi-format solution, which comprises of different sizes in the same box (60×60, 30×60, 30×30, 15×30 and 15×15), allowing for modular combinations of the various pieces to create original and personalised application.

Luna is one of our extruded porcelain ranges. Extruded porcelain The lamellar structure that is a characteristic of the ceramic materials obtained by extrusion, results from the natural tendency of the clay particles to put themselves in layers during the extrusion process. The raw materials for extrusion are submitted to a grinding process by which a very reduced particles size is achieved, thereby increasing the density of the body (not fired yet) comparatively to the raw materials prepared to be used for pressed tiles. The smaller the particles are, the stronger is the reactivity between them, therefore lower the porosity of the final ceramic material.
